Hello everyone,

our windows in the living area (south side, upper floor) are apparently leaking. We have been struggling with this since we moved in (11/23). The window fitter has already been here several times for supposed repairs. Various joints on the outside were reworked with polymer. The last time, they briefly removed the window and did something, but unfortunately I couldn't be there. The problem has occurred again during the current heavy rain.

If it does not improve after the next attempt, I will probably have to involve an expert and take legal action.

Does anyone have an idea what might be causing this and what one could point out to the window fitters?

One more note: In the beginning, the damp spots were also clearly above the windowsill; since the colleagues treated the joints with polymer there, the problem only occurs at the bottom.

Get an expert. Maybe the sealing from the outside is simply rubbish. Are there photos of it?

No, unfortunately no one was present during the installation. When I arrived, the windows and window sills were already installed, so I cannot say exactly what it looks like underneath.
