I agree with my predecessor. This has little to do with the age of the house. The work here was simply not done correctly and neatly. Now the current owner is stuck with the work and the costs. Good advice is expensive here.

Old house or not. A remedy must be provided here and quickly. There are portals that offer such services. They are organized by region.

I think this has nothing to do with the age of the house. 20 years is not old for a house. It simply wasn’t done properly. It’s impossible to do this work alone. Just find a professional company in the region here. Then invite them and discuss everything. I would also order 3 companies one after the other and then compare the cost estimates.

I agree, the age of the house doesn’t matter. Very poor work was done here - in other words - forgotten. I had already suggested a construction company. Just get in touch with them.

I can recommend the company ISOTEC. They specialize in such things. However, I cannot write about which regions they operate in. But they are also well connected in Switzerland. They also have partner companies.
