Good day! I bought a house 1 month ago! During the renovation work, I noticed that there is moisture damage in the ceiling. The moisture comes from a leaking shower located on the 1st floor. Under the shower, the entire wooden floor was rotten. One beam is partially rotten and the screed above it is porous. Additionally, the central heating is not working and cannot be started, the water pipe is leaking, and the heating pipes are also leaking in 2 places. I am a private person. I bought it from a private person. The purchase price has already been paid. The land registry entry has not yet taken place. The purchase contract states "bought as seen." I have no information from the seller about any damages! Can I claim damages or withdraw from the purchase contract? Do you have any tips?
