Moisture barrier layer between clinker and terrace?

The ventilation gaps are in the 8th row of bricks from the bottom. For water drainage, that is probably a bit high, however, behind the bricks the rigid insulation extends slightly above the start of the patio door. Only above that is then wool.



How does it look on the side where the fill soil lies directly? Does no capillary moisture come up on the dimpled membrane?
