Model houses in the Lower Saxony area

Hello!
Does anyone have any ideas where one can view show homes very well (preferably in the Lower Saxony area)?

We have already been to:
Langenhagen (Fertighauswelt)
Fallingbostel (Viebrockhaus)
Celle (Haacke)
Stadthagen (Tadke)

We are interested in a classic single-family home with about 160 sqm.

We would be very grateful for tips...

We have already looked at Fallingbostel, Hannover, Wuppertal, Erfurt, Stuttgart Erfurt, and Bad Vilbel. However, this was done well before the concrete planning.

I have to say, of all the parks, we liked Bad Vilbel the best. Very many exhibitors. Fallingbostel is interesting if you can imagine building with Viebrockhaus as well.

we're starting to build in the next few weeks (also in Lower Saxony) and have looked at plenty of parks in Lower Saxony and NRW beforehand.

You’ve already been to Viebrockhaus in Bad Fallingbostel, they also have a smaller park in Horneburg, where their promotional house V1 can also be seen.
Nearby is the model home park of the company Blohm, with whom we will soon be building our house.

Blohm recently also has a new model home in Harsefeld, which has almost the same floor plan as our future house and might be something for you, 154m², gable roof with a high knee wall. Google it, Link wurde vom Mod entfernt

Near Harsefeld there is Dollern, where there are 3 show houses of the company Schlüter Bauregie, just google it.
