Model House Park Fellbach/Stuttgart - Prefabricated Building Provider

Hello everyone,

my girlfriend and I plan to go to the model home park in 'Fellbach/Stuttgart' tomorrow to look at some beautiful houses, and therefore we have a quick question about the prefabricated construction companies that are there!

Who of you has been to this model home park before, and which of the construction companies there should we definitely check out?
('Fingerhaus = Our favorite so far', so Fingerhaus is rather in the close selection, Schwörerhaus, Weberhaus, Bien-Zenker = Unfortunately, you read very little to nothing about it online, ..., ..., ...???)
oh yes, exactly, regarding the construction method, it should be a prefabricated house (timber frame house)!

it could be because satisfied customers are far less active in the forums than dissatisfied ones. A satisfied customer is rather unlikely to express their satisfaction, but a dissatisfied one is more likely to express their problems/dissatisfaction. We built with Bie.-..nker and are very satisfied.

So, for various reasons, we have now decided to build a solid house with an architect. On the one hand because of the total costs and on the other hand because of the lack of cost transparency with the prefabricated house manufacturers. But we had contact with Talbau and they were very good and nice.
