Microwave is acting up

Hello - for some time our microwave has been acting up: it switches between power levels as if by a ghost, sometimes stops at 5 sec or err2 and starts over. You can only manually switch occasionally - but that doesn’t make sense - Framtid switches back by itself.

Has anyone experienced this before and is there a solution?

Hello, disconnect the device from the power supply for at least 10 minutes. If the error persists, it is a case for customer service. Has the 5-year warranty already expired?

We have exactly the same problem. Unfortunately, the warranty has already expired for us.

If you find out what is broken, it would be great if you could give us a tip. According to my Google research, it seems to be a problem with a sensor...

We currently unplug it after each use. (Fortunately, I can still reach it). It still works in itself.
