Embedding the house into the terrain always carries the risk of water intrusion during rain or even flooding. Also, any dirt rolls down much more easily instead of upwards. I would rather use the option of a dormer / gable here and aim for the 130cm knee wall on the remaining 2/3 of the eaves sides.

Ultimately, the entire design, house with floor plan on the plot, should be planned together accordingly. With a well-thought-out floor plan, the living rooms are located on the gable sides and in the center the bathroom, stairs, and storage room, so that you do not even have to think about light strips or dormers. Unfortunately, there is no feedback regarding requirements and site plan, so no further constructive recommendations can be made.

Before anyone misunderstands: "... from the original ground" is the rule.

The latter is usually called a "shed roof" in the development plans.

Especially if the neighbors pile up soil, you can easily end up unintentionally building a retention basin there [hheh].

In our development plan it says "versetztes Satteldach".
