Hello,

does anyone have experience with a cellar built from bricks that meets the Kfw 40 standard?

What measures were taken? Starting with the choice of the stone, insulation of the cellar walls...

My house has external dimensions of 10x11.5 m, with a slight (south) slope

Unfortunately, I am only getting slow support from my planner and his energy consultant at this point.

Thank you very much in advance for your tips and opinions.

This is not about starting the concrete or brick discussion. Those who can read clearly have the advantage.

No one claimed that either, but as you yourself say:

or before or after, yes :)
