Yes exactly, it is a maintenance contract for as long as you do not cancel. Yes, the €260 is for what I listed above. I will check the water filter this evening and let you know what kind it is.

The house water filter is a Sanibel comfort wfd. The filter costs about 30 EUR, according to the instructions it should be replaced every 6 months.

I assume the heat exchanger is supposed to be cleaned, meaning dust and other debris removed from the fins. I would definitely have that done, preferably each autumn (before the heating season).

Is it bad if there is something there?

Visual inspection and a quick blow-through can be done by anyone. If you don't have a compressor, you can buy compressed air in a can for 5€. By the way, you might want to check the manufacturer's care instructions to see if anything needs to be cleaned at all. After all, the thing is made for outdoor use. "Dusting" would be an activity suited for a glass display case.

All in all, services are offered where about 50% of the cost is likely just travel expenses. I wouldn't do it.

So we decided not to do that. I will change the filters myself. Just need to check what kind of UP fan we have in the bathroom.

In the basement, the house water filter is a Sanibel Comfor WFD. According to the manual, the filter should be changed every 6 months, do it or is once a year enough?
