Low-pressure fittings with (separate?) mix/pressure selection for guest WC?

Hello.

Are there any recommendable (preferably existing for years) low-pressure fittings with separate adjustment of mixing and pressure for a small (~42cm depth) washbasin where the projection would ideally be around ~15cm?
No old "faucets" with rotary knobs for hot and cold, it should be a mixer.
Single lever, or if there are two knobs/levers, one for mixing, one for pressure.
The advantage would be that when opening, you cannot change the temperature/mixing at the same time.
A mixing setting with steps would be practical, even if it does not have a temperature measurement.
That way you can remember the 3, 4, 5 steps and switch quickly without having to feel.
Below that would be a Clage M3 mini instantaneous water heater, which always runs at its maximum.
But even with a normal instantaneous water heater, you don’t constantly change its setting.
Even if you have a remote control.

Thank you.

A single-lever mixer set to maximum is sufficient. The Clage only provides lukewarm water during normal use, slightly warmer (not hot!) if there is low flow.

I had mentioned that as a possibility. I am looking for concrete tips on specific products of acceptable quality because I can’t find anything. What I also found is "ZXC Niederdruck Küchen Armatur für die Spüle mit flexibel einstellbaren Auslauf" on Ebay, Amazon, etc. from "Luccio GMBH". But at least in the imprint on Ebay in the Luccio account it says Xiaoyong Zhang in Germany. I wouldn’t have a problem with something used for 5, 10, 20, 30 euros, but new for €26 with shipping, how good is that...?!? The two joints of the faucet would probably make it a bit more expensive even at a brand manufacturer than just a normal faucet. The cartridge and the joints shouldn’t be broken after 1/2, 1, 2 years. So either up to 15cm projection, or something like that. But also not only 5cm high, like with the very small single-lever mixers. It should have a bit more height. About 10cm height or more. Or, if it exists, a Niederdruck faucet as described, but with an additional lever or button like on a bathtub faucet to divert to a hose.

For 26€? You get what you pay for.... Buying cheap almost always means buying 2-3 times

You can buy all the "normal" brand manufacturers without hesitation. Depending on aesthetic preferences. I would leave cheap stuff out.

Just the question, what is this whole "theater" with the faucet actually about? Is there a special reason and what is the goal with separate mixing and pressure adjustment – every single-lever mixer does that.

Yes, I clearly wrote that I consider 26 including shipping too cheap. BUT I also think 5, 10, 20... euros for something used is OK if it is of higher quality. I am looking for concrete tips for such a faucet with a spout reach of up to 15cm. Preferably something like the cheap one, but in acceptable quality. What kind of "theater"? Of course, every single-lever mixer can do that, and I wrote it would be acceptable. But if there were one setting for the temperature and another for the pressure, that would be better. I don’t mean old-fashioned separate cold and hot.

There are probably around 826 single-lever mixers that you might like. Do you seriously expect tips? And then tips on fittings that probably only exist as custom-made pieces in the desired form, since they are an absolute niche product (the usual brand manufacturers do not have any in their range).
