Hello dear community,
I am Micha, 30 years young and come from NRW.
I have been dealing with the topic of prefabricated houses for some time now and whether it is worth building yourself or buying something finished.
Now my concern:
- I am looking for a prefabricated house company with a good price/performance ratio.
- Some positions/works such as roof framework/roof/tiles/painting/sanitary facilities and possibly also kitchen should be done by myself, or cleanly removed from the calculation, so that there are still no problems regarding warranty/guarantee and one is not prevented by an unfair calculation.
- Individual changes to model houses should be able to be adopted without problems.
It would be great if you had some experiences, suggestions and tips for me on which company would meet these requirements.
PS. Are there any experiences here with the company Danwood, I find the price/performance ratio promising at first glance..
Thanks
