We would already like a width of 110, since we have the space between the WB and BW.
So we have the shower with a width of 1m and are very satisfied with it. You always stand centered in it anyway.
When considering the width of the wall, you should also take into account the planned washbasin. For example, we have a basin with a width of 1.30m. Next to it, there should be a towel rail on each side, so the washbasin wall should be at least 1.60-1.70m. But that should be the case with a shower depth of 1.60m.
Good question about the 2.20m partial wall instead of ceiling-high... Where do you see the pros and cons? Purely optical? It’s clear that between the shower and toilet something has to be open because of moisture.
We went completely with 2.20m. Then the electrician can also install a normal socket on the other side.
In my opinion, besides air circulation, advantages are also the light coming into the shower. Although we still turn on the light during the day when we go into the shower, it also makes entering the bathroom feel friendlier when the shower isn’t a dark hole :)
