Looking for an exterior facade. Concrete with a matrix or clinker?

we are urgently looking for the facade attached. Can anyone tell us how this was made or is it possibly brick?

Unfortunately, that was during our holiday in Holland and we are back home now.

I don't think this is cast concrete, since the joints (in the section not enlarged to mush) are visibly lighter. Someone would have had to go over each joint with a brush.

Or strip cladding. When I look at the corners, I would guess bricks. You can try searching for light grey brick. Besides wallpapers, various illustrations come up.
