No, 4.5 mm is too thick. They are just chipboard screws with a countersunk head. If you want to order there, you have to call anyway, since there is no indication of the hole spacing for the mounting plates. I assume the ones in the online shop all have 37 mm and 28 mm has to be ordered separately. They are actually quite competent there and should be able to provide you with the right parts.
