Looking for a floor plan

The bathroom faces north, two narrow long children's rooms face south.

Guys, this is a standard BT floor plan. Don't expect any specials or anything like that.

Also, why do you have to guess that? Just ask the planner.

I still have to find the planner.
So far, I have not seen a second floor plan that looks like this.
Normally, the staircase is always on the "dark" side.

That wasn't so difficult. Contact with the agent is probably available here: info@dr-haas-immo.de Since the property has not yet been built, there may also be several options to choose from for the upper floor. At least that's something our developers often do. If more than 4 units are planned, there are usually 2 variants both for the ground floor and the upper floor. I suspect something similar here.

The houses are already built. I still contacted the real estate agent anyway.
