With 3 people about 8 hours. But you need to have some technical skills. Instructions are included and everything is pre-drilled. There are just a lot of screws and individual parts.

Hi, I am also considering the BioHort H5. Because I am looking for a stylish, low-maintenance hut up to 10m2 where I can install doors on two sides to be able to enter once from the street and once from the garden... I hope I can find an exhibition sometime where I can see the thing in person... But you seem to be very satisfied, right? You have it without a floor, correct? So the frame then stands directly on the paving and is somehow drilled into it? For that, you then have the threshold on the door frame, but there are these drive-on ramps and with the wheels easier to get in... There is already a lot of accessories for the parts. I like that too! Ben

Hi,

yes, we are very satisfied. We took the one with the aluminum floor. I personally find it better. But you have to see what you prefer. We have paving stones underneath and fixed it there with dowels and screws. Then it’s screwed to the frame. Certainly 10-15 pieces. But everything is included, I don’t know if that is only the case with the floor frame.
The threshold is not really high. But it depends on your ground. On BioHort's site there are many customer pictures and also the assembly instructions. Everything is well explained there.
Regards

Do you have to worry about moisture or dampness penetrating from the ground with your version, or is it well sealed?

According to the manufacturer, there are different variants for this. It is stated on the website under foundation tips. We placed a moisture barrier on the paving stones. Above that, there are Styrodur panels with 3 cm thickness. Then the aluminum floor. The house is also ventilated. There are ventilation slots all around at the top. Occasionally at the bottom corners as well. So far, we have had no problems with it.

Is this moisture barrier as well as the Styrodur panels from Biohort or have you used materials from other manufacturers? The ventilation slots are included in the standard version, right?
