Local construction companies or general contractors wanted in the Mettman area

From my point of view, the 1500,- EUR/m² can only serve as an initial guideline - and then we are not talking about any extras (without ') or even luxury. Of course, luxury is defined differently by everyone, but I personally do not really see it clearly above 2000,- EUR/m² yet.

Now I would also like to compare with a solid house provider or also gladly a general contractor. I had read a lot of positive things about ARTOS Haus, but they do not build in Heiligenhaus.

Where did you read that? I don’t find that much on the internet. But indeed, if you find anything at all, it is something positive. I haven’t found any negative experiences, which surprised me a bit in the industry. If you search for Viebrockhaus or something like that.....
