Living in the garden house and questions about it

You can stay in a garden shed as long as you want. No idea what happens if the neighbors complain.. or where at all?

What you cannot do is move your official registered address to the garden shed. Or register such unnecessary stuff as electricity, water, sewage, gas, internet, etc.

Well, depending on where the little house is located, it may not be allowed there. Then, for example, complain to the building authority...

Depending on how big the garden house is and where the leased land is located, you need a permit to put up the house. How you then heat it in winter is another matter.

Legally, it is not permitted to live in a garden shed. If one does so anyway, there are no special consequences. If things go badly, one will simply be forced to move out again – and that with an annoying deadline.
