Legal protection insurance for house construction

some of you have certainly already had experience with this. I am looking for legal protection insurance that covers the risk of building a house (possibly defects, etc.).

Unfortunately, I have not found anything so far, as construction law is too often excluded from the scope of services by the providers.

I was also interested, but after inquiry with the [Bauherren-Schutzbund] there is no such thing, because the insurances do not want to set aside uncontrolled payments here, such a legal dispute can cost a fortune if botched.

Yes, more than enough.

Inform yourself carefully, visit construction areas and ask the builders there about their experiences with their disability insurance, have the terms of your favorite insurer checked, and commission external construction supervision.

Construction quality has never been criticized, not even in this forum. The experiences with the developer are good. I originally wanted to transfer the construction supervision to [VQC e.V.]. However, the customer service here can be described as, to put it mildly, poor and non-existent. Therefore, I will work with a local surveyor or architect.
