not only the cutouts, that would still be manageable - but if you don't want to regularly change batteries and control everything via radio, you especially need the wiring / empty conduits...
Um, normal lighting points also have to be wired somehow. ;) From my experience, primarily the mounting cup costs money - the rest (hole in the filigree ceiling, wiring) is more like small stuff. Of course, the actual lamp is still missing.
