We had no interest in building first with the general contractor and then procuring and installing something like the sanitary fixtures ourselves. The surcharges for sampling at the wholesale dealer were acceptable and we didn't have to worry about anything.

However, the furniture comes from the carpenter. The two base cabinets (one under one, one under two washbasins) were over 7,000 EUR together at the wholesale dealer. We just laughed briefly and then crossed that out. They can easily come afterwards, no coordination necessary.

Our washbasins are mounted on the wall, the carpenter adjusts the countertop on site and places the base cabinets underneath.
