Lay satellite cable and terrestrial cable into the house

The laying of the electrical cables and Sat cables is only prepared by me. The actual connection is left to be properly installed by an electrician. I am just trying to cover myself. I have no desire to do something in a new building that might come back to haunt me in 3 years. Just the topic of cable passage you hear something different on every site. Especially on the topic of sealing the building envelope.......
