Hello. We have our eye on a plot of land and have obtained the attached development plan. Can someone translate it for me?







The location is 13127 Berlin, 610 sqm, 19 meters wide x 32 meters long

I was just about to say that too... here you don't pay by the pixel... that looks uninviting to read... especially: what exactly is your concrete question?

Hello @ductom,

Any architect can explain your questions to you in their sleep and you need an architect for your construction project anyway. Translating a complete development plan here in the forum, making it understandable with examples for laypeople, without knowing what your specific questions are, exceeds any limits that a free forum can offer.

Very roughly: +600m² is more than enough for a typical single-family house. If you want to build a four-story temple, it will get tight on the property because only 2-story residential buildings are permitted.

We have 19 meters of property frontage by 33 meters depth. If you take a standard house footprint of 9x11 meters, does that allow for a double garage next to the house?
