We really hit the jackpot with our ground.
Regarding the house: we are building a 14x14.5m bungalow, plus a 100sqm area in front that will be paved.
We had to remove 1m under the house + 1.20m overhang. In addition, we had to raise the entire 964sqm plot by an average of 1m. We tried to do as much as possible with RCL gravel and sand.
Ergebnis: 25.000€ Bodenarbeiten.
(we didn’t have to haul anything away)
