Hello building expert,
thank you for your tip about the property management office. We will now take a look at it.
If I find an interesting plot on the Essen website, for example, like =>
...then I find out the price directly from the property management office (by phone?)
...and the additional note "steep terrain slope" already brings some difficulties with it, right? (..is a basement even possible then?)
...and at the property management office I also find out what width & length the house is allowed to have?
Is there generally room for negotiation with municipal plots?
Questions, questions....! I hope it’s not annoying..:!
