That depends on you

Do you prefer the room to be bright or dark (apart from the desk with [Schreibtischlampe])?
How do you position the desk/the desks)?
What is the room used for?
Which lamps do you plan to install?

In a study room, a panel light with 6k Kelvin belongs on the ceiling and no spotlights.

I have a 20W LED light with two "spotlights" on the ceiling of the study room, which can make it bright overall. But since I mainly work at the PC and the desk next to it, I usually have either the desk lamp and indirect light (ceiling uplighter on low settings) behind the monitor on, or daylight coming through the window. I actually don’t use the ceiling light. If you want to use it, you should seriously think about shadows, so you don’t lean over your work and the documents end up in your own shadow because of the spotlight/lamp position.
