Lack of facade - reddish-brown streaks, liquid, rust?

In 2017 we converted a hall into a residential building. The facade was completed in September. Three days ago I noticed the following defects. There is a brown-red liquid (rust?) running down from the gable.

16 cm of styrofoam insulation was applied to the facade. The gable is painted gray.

Please advise

Not to be intrusive, but have you ever traced the origin? You can’t really see it cleverly in the pictures because this exact area is cut off. Since these are apparently track marks... trace them back to the source. Possibly paint on the roof overhang?

You can see it, it's the color of the roof. Or rather of the tongue and groove boards.

Thank you for your answers. I will take more detailed pictures tomorrow. What I don’t understand is that the gable was painted by a professional company in September. Now (end of December) there are drip marks everywhere?? None before. That can’t be right? The heating was installed 2 weeks ago. Now the heating program for the underfloor heating is running.

So what it is seems to be somehow clarified. The question remains: Why, why now, and where does the water come from.
