Hi..

Question: Is it okay to use KS (KalkSand) stones outdoors or is it an absolute construction blunder?

Background: I was thinking of placing KS stones (1 layer) into an existing 100cm mineral mixture foundation to save myself some concreting work. But now I’m wondering if KS stones are even suitable for outdoor use?

I wanted to use U-shaped stones and then create a splash guard with stones.

Regards

Normal sand-lime bricks are not frost-resistant. Frost-resistant are [Klinker] or concrete bricks.
