Kniestock at 8.50m ridge height and 4.50m wall height

Hello dear ones,

we are allowed to build 1.5 stories with a maximum ridge height of 8.50m and a maximum eaves wall height of 4.50m. It should be 150 sqm. It should be a gable roof with a fairly shallow pitch (preferably <35°), but an attic (on one side) should still be possible. How high can the knee wall be at most? Higher than 1.30m?

You can easily calculate or sketch that yourself. An example: 17cm step to the ground floor + 260cm room height + 35cm ceiling = 312cm. You can now calculate your knee wall from that and still have to account for approximately 40cm for the roof structure. However, with a shallow roof pitch, there is hardly any space in the upper floor; the knee wall should be at least 160cm high.
