Hello dear community,

what actually happens if you apply for Kfw70 funds at your house bank, get approved, and then do not meet the standard value for Kfw70 (because, for example, the heating system does not correspond to the required specifications)?
I am grateful for answers!
Best regards,
Jürgen

Hello,

The person who prepares the Kfw certificate is responsible! If there is an error here, it must be corrected. If necessary, the deficit resulting from the heating system can be compensated elsewhere or the system must be modified to meet the standard.

Hello €uro,

thank you for your reply!
Does this mean: If a heating system is to be installed that should get its hot water from solar (supportive) and a gas heating system with solar hot water has been installed, does it have to be removed again and a suitably matching one installed???

Hello,

That's right! Otherwise, it is subsidy fraud! That can get very expensive. The KfW is stepping up and conducting spot checks. Sometimes not very amusing for some builders
When was the project completed?
I did not expect that there was already something tangible here at the beginning.

Hello €uro,

the project is still under construction but will be completed in about four weeks.
However, the installed heating will probably not be replaced, as there is not that much money available anymore.
So that means for me that I have to inform my bank about the change from Kfw 70 to KFW 100?!

Best regards

Hello,
There must be some responsibility for this "accident"! Furthermore, it should be considered how and whether KfW 70 can still be achieved. Experienced planners can certainly succeed!
However, here I get the feeling that there is some ignorance on the planner or consultant side

There is no KfW 100, i.e. it would then be the Energy Saving Ordinance standard! There are no KfW subsidies for this!
Where it says KfW 70, KfW 70 must also be actually implemented. By not meeting the requirements for KfW 70, the payment conditions are not fulfilled! I do not believe that the house bank passing it on will expose itself to a liability risk with KfW here. In case of deception, the nearest party, usually the builder, will be held liable.

Best regards
