KfW55 versus KfW70

Hello, I have seen that there will be changes in funding for Kfw70 starting next year. Is it worth considering switching to Kfw55? Can you roughly estimate how much more expensive the construction measures for a KfW55 house are?

As far as I understood correctly from the construction company, kfw70 will become the standard from next year. To get proper funding at all, you will then need kfw55. Maybe everything will be renamed?! I'm not really up to date on that. There is a thread here with the changes to KfW funding. Currently, the price difference between 70 and 55, depending on the provider (and what needs to be done), is roughly estimated at an effective ~6000-10000 euros.

There are also providers who usually build to KFW55 standard... very provider-dependent. Predicting the actual material costs is very difficult (especially since - as already mentioned - there are 100 ways to Rome)... and! in the end, it is not necessarily just additional costs, but also an added benefit.

Why do you think it is not true in most cases?
