KFW Loan - Until when must the loan be applied for?

Hello dear forum community,

briefly about our situation: Building permit (from October 2020) is available to us. We also have the confirmation from our energy consultant for KfW55.

Our construction is expected to start in spring 2021. So far, we have not yet taken out a loan and would prefer to wait until February / March to be on the safe side regarding commitment charges, etc.

Now the whole issue with KfW / BAFA etc. is changing. Does the loan for the KfW55 also have to be concluded in December or is the confirmation from our energy consultant sufficient and the loan can be taken out only in 2021. I couldn't find anything about this on the KfW website.
