No, not at all. Since 2016, only from KfW55 standard downward has been subsidized.

No. There aren’t that many gimmicks, bells and whistles in it. So no heat pumps, no ventilation systems, and instead possibly "only" a gas boiler, etc. The bricks and the roof and the windows are like in KFW 55.

What exactly does a heat pump do? I am not familiar with something like that.

The house that was offered to us does not have a ventilation system. Correct. Is that bad? Are there significant disadvantages?
