KfW grant 461 approved - build EH40 QNG?

Hello dear community,
we have been granted the subsidy 461 for our project of a multi-family house (KfW 55 standard) and it has already been extended.
Now we are considering raising the standard to EH40 with QNG despite the subsidy, so that buyers who intend to rent out one of the units can use the new special depreciation of the Growth Opportunities Act.

The question is: Will the subsidy remain if we raise the standard from EH55 to EH40 with QNG? Or will it then expire?

You may build as well as you want. Passive houses are also welcome. Just not worse than what was applied for.
