KfW funding for home purchase

Hello everyone,

I have a quick question that can surely be answered quickly. We currently have a house in mind. The house was built in 2013 and is being sold privately. Is there a possibility that we can also get the Kfw funding for the financing of the used house? After all, the house is "new" and certainly meets the requirements of the Kfw standard (energy certificate available and already reviewed).

Or is this only possible for a new build?

KfW energy-efficient construction is only available for new builds or the purchase of a new house, see KfW homepage. Unfortunately, you come up empty :(
