KfW Efficiency House 70 (153) requirement?

...But since the calculation basis was somehow changed, no one really understands it anymore....

It is now compared with a reference building. However, the proof according to DIN 18599 is now finally no longer accepted by the KfW.

...Does anyone have experience? An order of magnitude of +/- 5kWh/m² would be enough for me.

There are various ways to legally correct the value. These are not real m², but areas calculated from the heated volume.
