KfW 55 with wooden house - U-values: Wall 0.18 - Roof 0.16

If I remember correctly, only the values of the components are taken for the transmission loss and for the energy demand then also Zirku, ventilation losses,... The values would not be completely different, but just a little lower. :)

Ok, that means with brine-water heat pump and controlled residential ventilation with heat recovery, there should be fewer problems for Q. HT depends a bit more on the building envelope. I think with different windows (the calculated ones are currently at the limit of U-value 1.3) something could still be improved there. HT at 0.306 (I misread above) is currently still fine without problems. According to my research, the Energy Saving Ordinance 2016 already requires 20% below 0.4 = 0.32. I don't know how good it is that a new building is just at the limit... Regards Markus

But you want to achieve KFW55 because of the property.. so we need a significantly better value than 0.306 for KFW 55...

I simply got all the insulation from my builder for the material price difference - he said the work would be the same anyway. So everywhere WLG032 instead of 035, 20mm thicker around the basement, and the roof is fully blown with wood fibers.

All right. I'll keep the HT in mind and will explicitly address the provider about it.

But as written before: it strongly depends on the component ratios. A glass house can also have an HT of 0.7 and be KFW 55...
