Hello everyone,

a quick question for understanding regarding the KFW-152 program.
Our bank plans to include the full €50,000.

It is correct that I also have to document the full €50,000 of the individual measures, right?

If I only come to a total of €40,000 eligible costs, only the €40,000 will be paid out, correct?

We are planning windows, front door, and internal roof insulation, as well as the extension of the underfloor heating on the upper floor.

Is it correct that when retrofitting the underfloor heating, the flooring and screed also become eligible for funding, as these inevitably have to be renewed? (Tip from the bank advisor)

We have planned a total amount for the renovation and I am now trying to calculate whether we really reach €50,000 eligible costs.

KFW provides comprehensive lists with examples of measures on the website.

Also eligible for funding are ancillary construction costs as well as restoration costs. The latter are, for example, illustrated with the example of exterior plastering after insulation of the walls. That fits with your screed after underfloor heating.
In addition, planning and accompanying services are eligible for funding, i.e. you can also include your involved energy consultant, architect, etc. there. You will surely reach the full 50,000€.

Unfortunately, I cannot find any examples for "Folgekosten". Therefore, I had hoped for experiences from practice.

Take a look at the page of program 152 -> What do we promote? -> Individual measures, last paragraph. There you can find the example with the exterior plaster when you click on the "i" next to the restoration costs. Below that is the reference to the form area where you can find a detailed list of measures. Your underfloor heating including screed is explicitly listed there.
