Is tunnel construction allowed?

Good morning, since I would also like to have a garden house later, I wonder – which might be a bit... crazy – if it is possible and allowed to have an underground tunnel from the basement of the "main house" to the garden house, ending there in a small trapdoor. As a man, you come up with all sorts of crazy ideas ;).

I imagine that is quite complex. It would be nice if you document it. Anonymity of course - for burglary protection. It surely won’t be "allowed" if you don’t officially submit a building application.
