You just have to do a bit of googling. You can find several studies, I even believe from [Frauenhofer], that show there is no legionella problem in single-family houses.

Yes, I already said that it is very low. But never say never Who knows if it was taken into account at Frauenhofer that nowadays very low flow temperatures are often set. Maybe they also assumed > 60°C?!
