Hello forum!
I have already consulted the oracle (Google), but so far I have not been able to find an answer.
I am looking for a new computer desk/work desk and have now landed in the dining table corner, as I personally find all the standard computer desks too restrictive in terms of movement.
Now the model Torsby caught my eye. My question: Is this dining table or its particleboard stable enough to long-term support an old 18KG CRT monitor, plus 2KG speakers as well as mouse, keyboard, and graphic tablet?
Or do I have to fear that the particleboard will eventually break through (the monitor will always stand in the same place and will only be moved for cleaning)?
Specifically, it is about the model:
TORSBY
Dining table, chrome-plated, brown-black
Product description & dimensions
Frame:
Main parts: steel, chrome-plated
Foot: polypropylene
Tabletop:
Particleboard, ash veneer, stain, clear acrylic lacquer
If this is not suitable at all, can you then recommend a similar model? If there is nothing like that, I am grateful for any tip :)
Many thanks
Olli
