Is the price difference between Poroton and aerated concrete justified?

Sorry, but everything mentioned so far is basically clear to me as well, but it does not answer the fundamental question. Surely every craftsman will take changes as an opportunity to adjust the price - but that is not right and remains incorrect!

I just checked, aerated concrete currently costs us 18.5% net more per sqm compared to Poroton. However, this information is of no use to you, as your builder certainly has different purchasing conditions than we do.
