Hello,

could you please be so kind as to let us know if you find the offer for the removal of our excavated material acceptable.

It is estimated to be 150m3 of fairly clayey soil.
In addition to the €3175, the disposal fee of €21.42 per m3 will be added.

Thank you very much in advance

Regionally, there are enormous differences, so it can be rather expensive or sensationally cheap for you. It seems OK to me.

With us, something like that is offered by the cubic meter. The contractor just has to calculate how long he needs for the work. Rhetorical question: If I am paid by the hour, do I have to hurry?

I'm with . There are significant regional differences. For our area, it would be rather favorable. Disposal also depends on the soil. I haven't read anything about this. If it's Z1.1 or worse, it would be downright cheap. We apparently have a regulation that such small quantities do not necessarily have to be sampled.

Payment based on actual or target hours?

Just for comparison, I paid just under €630 gross for 72t collection/disposal.
