Hello,

what do you think of the following house and which KFW rating can be aimed for?

112 sqm according to WoFi calculation
411 m³ volume
340 m² building envelope surface
0.24 H'T transmission heat loss
0.828 1/m A/Ve
170 sqm exterior wall surface
10.9% window surface proportion f

Floor slab U-value 0.239:
5cm WLG035 perimeter insulation -> 20cm floor slab -> 8.5cm WLG035 insulation -> underfloor heating -> screed

Walls U-value 0.211:
36.5cm aerated concrete with lambda 0.08

Intermediate ceiling EG <-> DG U-value 0.57
20cm thick reinforced concrete with 5cm shell insulation outside

Roof slopes and DG ceiling U-value 0.17
with 24cm mineral wool insulation between rafters

Windows U-value 0.98
triple glazed with Ug value 0.55

Decentralized ventilation system with 4 external wall units heat recovery 90,x%.
Decentralized ventilation system with 3 exhaust units in damp rooms without heat recovery.

No bay window, dormer, conservatory, cellar, windows in roof slope
4 floor-to-ceiling windows facing [South-West] (60° deviation from south towards west)
5 sqm solar for hot water (without heating support, 60° deviation from south towards west)

Gas condensing boiler heating and underfloor heating throughout the house

Thanks in advance for the answers!

What is the deeper meaning of such puzzle surveys, which in any case can only be reliably answered by the certification issuer, provided they do it correctly!

Best regards

I often read sentences here like "Never enough for KFW xyz" If you make such statements, you must have some knowledge of the subject, right? It should be easy for a professional to assess the data I provided, or is something important missing?

I thought you pay a fee to someone who has learned this kind of calculation :)

On the internet and in forums, much is expressed, mostly by anonymous advisors without any professional training.
The reliable value this actually has can be counted on one hand.

Best regards.
