Is the bearing capacity of the building ground sufficient at 3 meters?

It cost us about €9,000 extra with the disposal of the "bad" soil.

Do you always have to dispose of "bad" soil? Assuming you have to fill about 1.20 meters in the area in front of the house anyway (e.g. parking spaces), can't you use this soil there?

For us it was clay. You could knead the soil. It was useless for anything.

According to the soil report, we have "Hochflutlehm". Probably more like plastic clay, if the word Lehm is included.
