Is reactive sealing better than bitumen thick coating?

So I can use Weber reactivation sealing or one from Remmers without any worries and don’t have to worry that it will perform worse in the long term than the well-known bitumen.

[*]Then prime
[*]2 layers of sealing with fabric reinforcement including fillet
[*]Then XPS boards up to just below the soil level
[*]Then dimpled membrane up to above the soil level. The end point is the terrace edge
