Hello Building Expert,
first of all, thank you very much for your honest and detailed contribution. I am very pleased that my post has been read and my idea is being discussed.
Certainly, I might be imagining it a bit simply. I have also thought about the Energy Saving Ordinance. Sanitary installations would have to be done by a German professional – it must be a certified specialist company even for a micro CHP if I have read correctly. I have an electrician in my company, so he would have no choice. However, he does not have a master craftsman certificate but is also a graduate engineer in mechanical engineering.
I would gladly give up my K-license plate because I want to leave Cologne. More nature with good infrastructure – that is my dream. But every "Jeck" is different, as we like to say here...
I would like to build, for example, in Stümpen, Kleineichen, Hoffnungsthal, Forsbach, Menzlingen or Lüghausen. I recently looked at Rambrücken and saw a landing airplane – so that was immediately cancelled.
