Hello everyone,
is it possible to deduct the labor costs for landscaping as craftsman expenses for the new construction for tax purposes?
If it is not deductible immediately, how long do you have to wait? The idea is that I, for example, commission half of the garden work now and, for example, the rest in 2 years.
Thanks for your help.

After moving in and re-registering, up to 6,000 euros of labor costs. No materials and other household-related services like cleaning help are also included. You may need to split more than twice.

Is somehow stupid too. The person who works on the house themselves gets nothing.

This is intended to make Freitag and Schwarz unattractive. There is also no material.

Whoever folds paper airplanes in their free time also gets nothing.
Life is so unfair.

If you do it yourself, it is significantly cheaper than having it done. You only get 20% of the labor costs or the working time for the machines used and travel costs. The material is not reimbursed proportionally by the tax office.
