Good morning,
I have a question that I couldn’t find a clear answer to on the internet. Maybe someone here knows for sure. Is a central ventilation system mandatory for a Kfw 40+ residential unit (it is supposed to be a multi-family house), or is a decentralized ventilation system with heat recovery also acceptable?
I think a decentralized system should also be possible, since the KFW apparently only requires a ventilation system with at least 80% heat recovery. And some decentralized systems can also meet this requirement.
However, in some places I have also read that a central system is absolutely necessary.
Maybe you can tell me more about this. Thanks a lot in advance
